Registration:

• Fee: $65
• Registration Deadline: July 13th, 2024

Event Schedule:

• Check-in: 11:00 am
• Warm-up: 11:30 am
• Start Time: 12:00 pm
• Events will be run in the following order:
  1. 100 Butterfly
  2. 200 Freestyle
  3. 50 Breaststroke
  4. 100 Backstroke
  5. 400 Individual Medley
  6. 100 Breaststroke
  7. 200 Backstroke
  8. 100 Individual Medley
  9. 50 Freestyle
  10. 200 Butterfly
  11. 50 Backstroke
  12. 200 Individual Medley
  13. 50 Butterfly
  14. 100 Freestyle
  15. 200 Breaststroke
  16. 500 Freestyle

Format:

• The competition will feature events in various swimming strokes and distances.
• The meet will follow the order of events listed above.
• The venue features a six-lane, 25-yard indoor lap pool.

Rules:

• The meet will be conducted following the rules of United States Masters Swimming (USMS). Click here for rules.
• USMS rules apply unless superseded by NSGA Rules.

NSGA Qualification Requirements (in qualifying years):

• Winners at NHSG qualifying games will qualify for the following year’s National Senior Games.
• Swimmers must meet NSGA minimum performance standards (MPS) to qualify.

NHSG Entry Requirements (in any year):

• Competitors must be at least 40 years old by the end of this calendar year.
• Swimmers may enter a maximum of five (5) events.
• Swimmers must bring their own suits, caps, goggles, towels, etc.
