Get your running shoes ready for the NH Senior Games Road Race event! Whether you’re a seasoned runner or looking to enjoy a leisurely jog, there’s a race for everyone, including 1 Mile, 5K, and 10K distances. Join us for a morning of fitness, camaraderie, and healthy competition.

Event Schedule:
- Check-In: Prior to competition
- Start Time: 9:00 am
- Format: Combined ages and gender, group start. Electronic timing.
Race Distances:
- 1 Mile
- 5K (3.1 miles)
- 10K (6.2 miles)
Rules:
- The event will adhere to USA Track & Field (USATF) rules. Click here for rules.
- USATF rules apply unless superseded by NSGA Rules.
- NSGA Qualification Requirements:
- Winners at NHSG qualifying games will qualify for the following year’s National Senior Games.
- NHSG Entry Requirements:
- Competitors must be at least 40 years old by the end of this calendar year.
- Electronic timing will be used.
Additional Information:
- These races are certified 1 Mile, 5K, and 10K Road Races, with electronic timing.
- Competitors of all age groups and genders will run together.
- The 1 Mile Run event for the 2025 National Senior Games will be classified as an “OPEN” event, with no qualification required.
- Registration for this event is through the NH Senior Games, and bib numbers will be picked up at the Maine Senior Games registration table.
- Entering your best time is optional but helpful to the Event Coordinator.
