Support Seniors and Stay Active!
Join us on August 10, 2024, for the Granite Ledges of Concord Annual 5K, an event that brings together seniors, their families, and active adults from the local community. The 5K race is the largest event hosted by Granite Ledges and benefits the Aging Well Alliance Fund through Concord Hospital Trust. This fund supports vital senior programs in the hospital and the community, aiming to keep our older adults safe, healthy, and active.

• Fee: $25 per person

• Falls Risk Assessments: Conducted through Concord Hospital Rehabilitation Services and the Center for Health Promotion, these assessments help identify and mitigate fall risks for seniors.
• Seniors…Strong & Savvy Program: This program provides screenings and support to help seniors maintain their strength and independence, reducing the risk of falls and other health issues.

• North State Street at Pleasant Street (northbound): 4:00 PM – 8:30 PM
• North State Street at Capitol Street (northbound): 4:00 PM – 8:30 PM
• North State Street at Centre Street (southbound): 4:00 PM – 8:30 PM
• Green Street, between Centre Street and School Street: 5:45 PM – 8:00 PM (or until the last walker passes)
• Park Street, between North Main Street and North State Street (westbound): 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
• Capitol Street, between North Main Street and North State Street (eastbound): 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
• Warren Street, between Green Street and North State Street: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM (or until the last walker passes)

Important Notice: Please note that traffic will be significantly limited along the entire 5K race route between 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM.

Early Bird Registration:

Register early to secure your spot and enjoy a $5 discount off the adult registration fee until March 1, 2024. The first 2,500 registrants will receive a commemorative Rock‘N Race t-shirt. Visit www.rocknrace.org to register.
