Alongside the chili cook-off, don’t miss the 12th Annual Ralley in the Valley all-vehicle show, presented by the East Coast Camaro Club. Schwendi Fest 2024: Mountain-Top Oktoberfest & Family Fun in Waterville Valley, NH

Time: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM (food service ends at 3:00 PM, last chair at 4:00 PM)
Location: Waterville Valley Resort, New Hampshire

Event Highlights:

  • Mountain-Top Foliage Extravaganza: Celebrate the stunning autumn colors and look forward to the ski season with this unique event at 3,600’ elevation.
  • Scenic Chairlift Ride: Take a breathtaking ride up the Tecumseh Express to the Schwendi Hutte.
  • BBQ and Beverages: Enjoy a Schwendi Hutte BBQ with a selection of grilled burgers, hot dogs, bratwursts, and beverages including hot apple cider (both spiked and unspiked), beer, and wine.
  • Family-Friendly Activities: Engage in fun activities such as water balloon launches, treasure hunts, musical chairs, and pumpkin painting.
  • Resort Trolley: If you’re staying in the valley, the resort trolley offers convenient transportation to the ski resort.

Important Attendee Information:

  • Ticket Pickup: Avoid long lines by picking up your Schwendi Fest tickets early at the Waterville Valley Resort Welcome Center from Thursday, October 10th to Saturday, October 12th. Tickets will only be available at the Ski Resort Ticket Window on the event day.
  • Seating: Limited seating available; bring a picnic blanket as lawn chairs are not allowed on the chairlift.
  • Adult Beverages: Outside alcohol is prohibited at the summit. Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase at the Schwendi Hutte, and a valid photo ID is required for purchase.

Tickets: Pricing details to be announced closer to the event date. Kids under 5 attend for free!
