Carlyle Place is a private, one level, 46-bed, all-inclusive assisted living community in Bedford, NH. Whether your stay is short-term respite or long-term, our community provides licensed nursing care available 24 hours/day, medication administration, assistance with activities of daily living, palliative and hospice care, and so much more from a licensed, professional staff. With a holistic approach to care, we strive to maintain and enhance health – physically as well as socially, physiologically and spiritually. Daily, our goal is to maximize independence, promote autonomy, ensure privacy, and provide the freedom of choice without compromising safety for all of our residents.

Situated on 9.1 acres of meticulously landscaped property, Carlyle Place is conveniently located just moments outside of Manchester in beautiful Bedford, NH. It is in close proximity to many outside amenities including hospitals, specialists, restaurants, shops, and The Courville at Manchester. Our sister center, The Courville at Manchester is a 24-hour long-term care, rehabilitative and assisted living community.

Safety and security are of utmost importance and our doors are monitored continuously. Our one level community does offer a Secure Care program, including a safe internal courtyard accessible to all residents and guests.

Carlyle Place is home to many different residents, all with different needs. While most make Carlyle their permanent home, some friends enjoy short respite stays.

All of our residents and their families are involved in developing their personal plans of care. We pledge to always maintain open communication between all parties to ensure we are all working toward the same goal.

Carlyle Place has a medical director who visits residents in their suites and is happy to assume any new resident as a patient. However, it is your choice to remain with your primary care physician as long as that physician agrees.
