Woodside Homes

Green Hills Woodside Homes are independent living homes, located at Green Hills Retirement Community. After all sites are developed there will be 27 spacious, independent living homes. Each designed with comfort and safety in mind. There are six floor plans to choose from, each with plenty of living and storage space. Floor plans range from 1,167 to 1,409 square feet. Each unit features two bedrooms, two baths, a living room, kitchen, attached garage and lots of closet space.

Green Hills Apartments are rental apartments for those who can live independently, yet who want the safe, secure lifestyle that Green Hills has to offer. Each building contains four, ground floor apartments. Green Hills Apartments offer:
