Here, many of life’s chores are taken care of for you, leaving you the time and energy to pursue your interests and enjoy your independence. There are multiple amenities including elegant dining rooms, library, plus transportation and planned programs and activities. Most importantly, you have the peace of mind of knowing that if you ever need further assistance, our 24-hour concierge service is there to assist you.
There are currently 115 independent living apartments for residents, two guest rooms, and numerous common areas such as the pub, library, and fitness room.

Harmony Square Memory Care
When a loved one is diagnosed with Alzheimer’s or another form of dementia that impairs memory, providing them with a safe, secure and comfortable place to live is top priority. Harmony Square at The Crossings at Falls Run offers 16 secure units designed to offer the comfort, security and support you would expect. Our 24-hour clinical staff is here to assist with all the care provided in Assisted Living, as well as additional support and services designed to maintain you and your loved ones highest quality of life.
Our Harmony Square neighborhood is similar to Assisted Living with additional features to create a supportive and engaging atmosphere to address the unique health challenges these residents face. Our trained staff will outline an individual service plan and have regularly scheduled care plan meetings to foster open communication and ensure all needs are being met.
Residents receive assistance in dressing, personal hygiene and attending meals to preserve their highest level of dignity. Harmony Square offers supervised access to all amenities and exclusive use of the secured courtyard. Additionally, we have 24-hour nursing support on call and a state-of-the art call bell system for added peace of mind and security.
