The Chateau on Capitol Avenue, formerly Trinity House, provides independent and licensed assisted living, along with a wide array of amenities, services and special features not found in most private homes.
The community is a six-story building including 65 rental apartments, 49 studios and 16 one-bedrooms. Residents gather in the living room, play cards and other games in either the card or activities rooms or meet in the TV-lounge to use the large screened television. The library/computer center provides internet access and free resident email accounts and offers computer and internet training.
Restaurant-style meals from open menus are prepared on site daily by trained and talented chefs. All three meals are included in the monthly rental rate for assisted living residents while independent living residents receive daily Continental breakfast and dinner as well as Sunday brunch with optional lunches available.
