We are staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week with a team of dedicated and caring professionals. Assisted Living - The Avenue can accommodate residents requiring personal care assistance which may include medication monitoring, grooming and bathing assistance, ?round-the-clock well-being monitoring, personal laundry, and stand-by or hands-on assistance with one or more of the activities of daily living.
Memory Support
The Avenue is also proud to introduce the Promenade to San Franciscans; two distinct floors staffed and supervised 24 hours a day dedicated exclusively to a unique and specialized memory support program, which has been designed specially for those residents with Alzheimer's disease and related dementia.
