Community Description

Stone Creek will feature first-class amenities throughout the arts and crafts-inspired themed community. The proposed 60,000 sq. ft. amentity center, Reflection Bay, at Stone Creek is planned to include various outdoor amenities and three hubs of activity: a social center, a fitness center and an activity center.

The social center, Reunion Center, is planned to feature a premium ballroom with built-in stage, sound system and attached fully functioning kitchen. Also included is the Wall Street room, highlighted by a fireplace and warm accents that reflect the arts and crafts theme of Stone Creek; it will be equipped with wireless connectivity for computer usage and lounging. Additionally a spacious craft room with a kiln and large multi-purpose rooms are to be included in this approximately 22,600 sq.ft. facility.

The premium fitness center, Elan Spa, encompassing approximately 22,600 sq.ft., will feature top-of-the-line cardio and strength equipment, a 25m indoor heated pool with five lanes to provide for lap swimming and two exercise studios. A luxurious and relaxing spa will also be incorporated into Elan Spa and will include his/her massage facilities, a steam room and a sauna.

Outdoor amenities at Stone Creek are planned to include resort-style amenities to be completed in phases. The sizeable heated outdoor, resort-style swimming pool will feature zero entry, an outdoor spa and waterfall, surrounded by a lake, lush landscape and palm trees.
