Carol was genuinely concerned and it showed. Armed with a considerable amount of information from Carol, I called back my Claims person who then decided she needed to do more research on the initial erroneous information she gave me. Well, it turns out that Carol was the real expert, and she had the correct answers and formula as to what I would receive from Social Security. I found it amazing that the only person who really knew was Carol. I had previously been on the verge of making a bad decision by canceling my claim, deciding to wait longer to receive my benefits. It was Carol who saved me from making that costly mistake. Thank you for having this much needed service which provided immense clarity in making such an important life decision.
