My mom just died in an nursing home she was on medicaid and her checks were direct deposit she is due to get another check fri jun 5 will that be sent back and what happens to the money she has accumated from her share that is in the bank who gets that? does it go to me and my sister or who

Dear Connie: SS has nothing to do with the money she has in the bank. She should not get a check for May if she died in May. Remember, Mays check comes in June. Sorry for your loss....Carol Your Comment ~ 06-03-2009 21:10:49
