its been 6 mounts & i have not recived my back pay. i have never recived WORKMENS COMP, while i was waiting on my social security. i did get my SUB FUND PAY, whitch i recived from my local `union`, & this money was ducted from my pay check, if it was used or not. it was in my pay roll packege. i NEVER revived WORKERS COMP of any kind, so can you please release my back pay, & e-mail me with your responce.. best regards danny

Dear Daniel: I no longer work for SS, so I cannot release anything. If you received public disability payments there could be an offset. You need to call SS and ask them if that is why there is a hold up. Tell them that you need the money now and to have some of the money paid to you by the critical pay system. If it has been more than 6 months since your approval, you should be hearing something. Good Luck Carol
