My mom called Social Security for an Award Letter she needs to be re certified for Food Stamps. She still hasn't got it. I am her daughter. This my email. Her name is RUTH YOUNG:

If only I could access the info you needed. Call the toll free number and tell them it is urgent that you get the letter asap. It can be printed out right then and sent to your mother. The toll free number is 1-800-772-1213. Also tell them the office you called and didn't get the service you should have......Carol
