To support your lifestyle, Porter Hills Village offers the Apartments and Town Homes to meet the varying needs of seniors who want to maintain their independence, but have access to care and services should the need arise. Porter Hills offers virtually maintenance free living and a wide variety of exceptional services and amenities.

Catered Living is a "resident focused approach to service," offering the best in location, features, services, and amenities to those requiring some level of assistance. It is the philosophy of Catered Living to encourage and enable the resident to continue to maintain autonomy with a minimal amount of assistance. The services included exceed those offered in our other residential settings, but are less extensive than those offered in the Health and Rehabilitation Center. Residents' physical and cognitive needs are assessed prior to being offered this level of care, and each resident will have a plan of support focused on his/her specific needs. Ongoing assessments are conducted to determine the extent of supportive services that may be needed.

In keeping with our philosophy of providing a full spectrum of care, Porter Hills Village provides a distinct residential area for those with Alzheimer's and/or related dementia.
