Community Description

Elim Care Center Fargo is a 136 bed facility, providing 24-hour nursing care by licensed nursing staff who are trained for most sub-acute needs (i.e. tube feedings, IV?s). Residents are each assigned a primary caregiver, which allows the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to be familiar with the resident?s routine and build a relationship of trust.

Elim Care Center's commitment to improving our residents' quality of life has resulted in implementation of the innovative and award winning, Eden Alternative. This new program uses God's creation as its model living environment, understanding that a true "human habitat" is filled with biological diversity and harmony.

Recreation Programming

The Recreational Services Department provides a variety of activities which may include: exercise, rhythm band, sing-a-longs, support groups, current events, etc. Special groups are also brought into the facility to provide entertainment. The Recreational Services Department strives, through its programming, to enhance the quality of life for each resident and to foster healthy relationships among the residents.
