Edgewood Rehabilitation and Living Center offers a full range of health services from post acute, transitional care between hospital and home, to long-term nursing care and residential care. We also offer respite care. Our programs are individualized, physician-directed, and goal-oriented, enabling our patients and residents to achieve their highest levels of independence.

Because we believe that the quality of life is as important as the quality of care, we have created an atmosphere that's both comfortable and stimulating - with a distinctive North Country touch.

Small in size, Edgewood has a convenient one-story floor plan with private and semi-private rooms. Our bedrooms and common areas such as dining rooms and lounges are tastefully appointed and impeccably maintained. The setting is peaceful, with beautiful, wheelchair-accessible grounds and patio, with raised beds for vegetable and flower gardening.

Meals are nutritious and appealing. Our menus are carefully developed by a registered dietitian, food service supervisor, and the residents and patients themselves. Attention to detail earned Edgewood an award for outstanding dietary presentation.
