Community Description

Adult Day Services provides care and social activities for older individuals during daytime hours. This allows you to continue caring for your loved one at home the remaining time.

We offer support for the family, enabling you to have rest from a constant care-giving role, and/or preventing loss of employment while you are caring for your loved one.

Many physicians write a prescription/referral for patients to attend DayBreak Adult Day Services to direct specific areas of care for their patients such as: Activities of Daily Living, Exercise Program/R.O.M., Mental Stimulation, or Socialization/Activities.

When physicians provide a prescription for patients to attend DayBreak, the families that work may qualify for dependant care expenses or a tax credit. Others may be able to claim medical expenses, or credits for the elderly.
