Located at the crossroads of Downeast Maine, Courtland Rehabilitation and Living Center offers a full range of health services from post-acute, transitional care between hospital and home, to long-term nursing care. We also offer respiratory and hospice services. Our programs are individualized, physician-directed, and goal-oriented, enabling our patients and residents to achieve their highest levels of independence.

Small in size, Courtland Rehabilitation and Living Center has a convenient one-story floor plan with private and semi-private rooms. Our bedrooms and common areas are tastefully appointed and impeccably maintained. The setting is peaceful, with beautiful, award-winning grounds and a unique courtyard for out?side gatherings.
Meals are nutritious and appealing. Our menus are carefully developed by a registered dietitian, food service supervisor and the patients themselves. A restorative dining program directed by our on staff speech and language pathologist is a real benefit to our patients.
