Community Description

California Hill is a community of rental apartments for active adults who are at least 55 years of age. (If one spouse is 55 years old, that will qualify the couple, however, the other spouse cannot be younger than 45 years old.) There is a spacious clubhouse with cards, billiards, movies, parties, etc. The apartment buildings surround a beautifully landscaped courtyard with a fountain. Barbeques take place in the "Rose Garden Courtyard." There is a large community room, a full service beauty salon and barber shop, exercise facilities, library and laundry room, elevators, and underground parking. Pets under 20 lbs. are welcome in this community.

California Hill is located in Concord. It is within walking distance to a shopping center, and close to medical facilities BART and bus transportation. The resident activity program is a wonderful opportunity to meet new people. It includes potluck dinners, holiday celebrations, barbeques, Friday night movies, parties, pancake breakfasts, daily card games, poker night, bingo nights, and many more. California Hill is a wonderful place to call home.
