Community Description

We are a 217 bed sub acute nursing center but definitely not typical. Each unit has a large enclosed courtyard and our resident's lobby is beautifully decorated with plenty of room and comfortable furniture. We also have formal dining rooms and a large activity room that can be used for private gatherings. There are always fun, exciting, and therapeutic activities taking place daily!

Some special parts at Britthaven of Charlotte are our short term rehabilitation program, Alzheimer's Program, Hospice and respite care. There is a dialysis center located next door for convenience.

Britthaven of Charlotte believes that there is nothing more important than the goal to assure our residents have the highest quality of life. We invite you to come and see the rolling hills and beautiful trees that are conveniently located to the University area shopping centers.
