Fifty-four Personal Care apartments, many with a lovely view of the woods, offer a perfect blend of independence and assistance. Residents are encouraged to do as much as possible for themselves; however, the staff is always willing to help. Services include three meals a day, medication monitoring, daily housekeeping and assistance with bathing and grooming.
Cottages add another dimension to Aldersgate?s campus. Residents can enjoy the privacy of their own home with 24-hour emergency assistance and access to the dining room and activities. The cottages are purchased through a Refundable Life Use Fee. In addition there is a monthly rent/service fee. The monthly fee covers apartment rental, utilities, emergency assistance, maintenance, garbage removal and social and recreational programs.
